Ever since starting to exercise and focus on how many calories I was eating, I’ve noticed some changes about me. Not only am I losing weight, but I’m feeling better too. Just today I took a walk down to the Dollar General that is down the street from my house and I was able to walk the whole way without having to stop. Before, when I wasn’t exercising, I would stop a little over half way and be out of breath. Not just that, but my constant headaches have stopped too. I haven’t lost a ton, but I’m already noticing good differences and definitely plan to keep up with what I’m doing. I just thought I’d share with you all since a little can mean a lot, at least that’s what I’ve learned so far.
